Shipping policy

Payment processing takes about 2-3 business days. Orders begin production when site is closed & payments are accepted. Pre-Orders will take about 9-14 business days for production max. Premade Items will ship 1-2 days after placing order. Items will ship immediately after production and you will receive an email with tracking information attached. If your order seems to be taking longer than the productions time you will be contacted through the email provided with updated information on your order. I am not responsible for any delay from shipment companies .Please do not contact with a false exaggeration of how long you have been waiting on your order.
